Hosted by Al Habtoor City, a specially designed theatre, La Perle is the legacy and creative vision of Director Franco Dragone. Pushing the boundaries of imagination, this act is an enchanting live show inspired by Dubai’s rich culture, futuristic vision, and sparkling gulf.
Inspired by the history of Dubai, especially its population of pearl divers, this 90-minute show is designed as a fairy tale. Sparing no expense in its production, it hosts 65 world-class performers from 23 diverse countries, each expert in their own league including acrobatics, skydiving, aquatics, and acting.
The theatre walls are cyclorama, offering a panoramic experience to the audience, and built-in high-definition speakers embedded into the seats enhance all your senses, you can practically feel a part of the performance with the 270-degree seating and futuristic lighting.
The riveting storyline: La Perle
A young girl has an illusive dream and sets off on a quest to recover her pearl across the UAE, where she meets a variety of people from different cultures. The story is portrayed by six primary characters. The narrative is subjective to the viewers’ perception and reflects UAE’s rich cultural diversity. Featuring traditional Chinese lion dance and swirling illuminating dresses that pay tribute to Middle Eastern culture.

In the blink of an eye, 2.7 million litres of water is drained from the aqua theatre and artists dive from 25 meters above performing gravity-defying maneuvers. Once again Dubai brings its spectators the seemingly impossible. Transforming a rainforest into the throne room in a matter of seconds.

Know before you go to La Perle
- Tickets are divided into categories like bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and VIP. For the perfect view, opt for one closer to the stage
- Keep in mind to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to avoid traffic and entry isn’t allowed once the show begins, you will have to wait for the interval and might get seated differently than the one you booked
- Remember to pack your tailored suit and classy heels as dressing smart casual is a must for the show. You wouldn’t want to feel underdressed in the presence of ground-breaking thespians.
- Two shows a day at 18:30-20:00 and 21:00-22:30 (closed Monday and Sunday)
- Children under two years aren’t allowed and those under 17 are encouraged to be accompanied by an adult
